All you have to do is have a Burning Program like Nero or Ashampoo Burning Studio. Install such this program so that you burn from laptop to CD's. Also make sure that your CD/DVD Drive is Rewritable. Good luck!

You can get a Password Reset disc download and burn to CD. Copy/paste the address below, into your address bar of your browser. http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/cd080802.zip Download this file and burn it to CD. Put into drive and turn on PC, and boot from the CD. Follow instructions, choose the correct USER. & BLANK the password. make sure you say OK to write the data, and reboot. The logon password will now be reset blank.
Please make sure you have enough space available on your disc.Please switch to a new empty disc and let me know if you get the same error.Before trying with a new disc restart your laptop and then burn with the new disc.
