Video file is not display

Can you please explain further? Are you trying to play a video on a device (for example an ipod touch)?.

Basically a video file won't play if it's in a format not compatible or readable by the device.

A basic solution is to convert the video file into a format the device can read.

I can further help you if you can provide me the following:

1. The model of the device you are using (eg. ipod touch, iphone, samsung galaxy tab, etc)
2. The video file type. (eg. .mov, avi, mp4)

Hey! There are a lot of reasons what may cause the problem. The unsupported video format maybe one of the problems. First, you shoud check that whether your video format are supported by your iPod. Usually, iPod supports playing video in MP4, MOV fomats. If your videos are not in the right format, you should convert them into the right format. For how to convert video for palyback on iPod, you can use this iPod Video Converter which is very easy-to-use. You can have free try of it.

its most likely that the video you placed on your ipod has different format/type. you need to convert first your video to the appropriate format.
check for the file extension/format of the videos you can view/watch from your ipod! (look for the sample video with its file extension/format)

Video format prblm

Most portable music players and mobile phones have this problem. Well, it isn't too hard. It is same with iPods too. So, convert the videos to MP4 or M4A. They are sure to work on these players.

Download the free Jodix iPod Video Converter. This can be used to convert any video to a compatible format. They can be used on iPods and phones too.
