The voltage is not really important. Its the size and the current (amps).
Take the one you have to Radio Shack, Autozone, or Pep Boys... somewhere like that. The A2211 does not sound like a fuse number.
It looks to me like a GMA size, and the manual says its a 1Amp Fast-Blow. Available lots of places.
If it keeps blowing fuses, it could be the in-car charging cable unit, or it could be the Garmin itself. But most likely the charger.
A new charger is $25 from Garmin, and a lot less everywhere else.
