Question about Samsung TXG2548 TV
Overload on high voltage section. Flyback could be the suspect, check also diode within flyback vicinity. Some bloated capacitor.
Others could be your regulator is faulty. Check it B+ supply if within spec. Or that is his time already. Some are due to minor components like zener diode that acts as voltage reference.
If you are not inclined in electronics better not to service the unit and have someone with knowledge on it do it.
