Question about KitchenAid Refrigerators
A leaking water control valve for the ice maker side will cause this. Unplug the wires to that side coil and see if the problem continues. If yes the water control valve may be the problem. Also sometimes the heating element under the ice maker stays on too long and will cause the same symptoms, Send the model number and I will assist you in your repair, Thanks, Sea Breeze
