After I upload a new compiled form to my printer

After I upload a new compiled form to my printer and perform a print "All Styles" command, I receive a error on the printout. The error states, "Error in file". Most like the file that I created is causing the error, but I don't know what is causing the error. Anyway I can find out exactly what is causing the error or how can I correct it?

I am using Optra Forms 4.3 and I have a cartridge loaded in my Lexmark printer that has Optra Merge 4.4
