You need to compare it with another set of the same make, if it's still not loud enough, it could be an ill adjusted factory setting, a mouse has invaded the TV and is living in the speaker, or you may be going deaf.

I HAVE 22 INCH FLAT SCREEN THAT FELL AND THE SCREEN WAS HIT SO NOW IT HAS DIFFERENT COLOR LINE AND IT LOOKS AS IF THE SCREEN IS CRACKED BUT IT NOT. WHAT COULD BE WRONG

Flat screen sets (LCD and Plasma) are extremely fragile and if damaged in any way the cost of replacement exceeds the price of a new set.

A 22 inch is likely not to even have the display panel available---considering cost of replacement set--I would just buy a new set.

Not loud enough at max volume

The computer sound card has to have enough umph to drive the speakers. Most Netbooks and some laptops just don't have enough power to create loud sound.

We have a grundig 22 inch when we play the dvd their is a loud clicking noise

A warped disc will cause that as will a lump of debris on the turntable as it will make the laser travel to the end of its focus range and bang on its end stop.

Sounds like its not getting enough gass. It starts then dies because there isnt enough gas getting to the engine.
