First my computer says inssficient memory exists to open API when i try to mange this then it stops saying this and it only resart again and again so what is the solution for this?

Sounds like this is in your startup items and needs to be deleted from it.
Click Start/Programs and look for the RUN command. You might see it anywhere once you click Programs, or it might be inside the Accessories folder. Click RUN and when it opens up type "msconfig.exe" (without the quotes) then hit ok.

When the System Configuration window opens click the Startup tab. In the Startup Tab we are only concerned with 2 columns, the first column which is the Startup Items and the column that says Command. You can put your mouse pointer between two column headings and it will turn into a +, then hold the left mouse button and drag the column over to the right to expand it so you can read what's below it.

Now everything has a check mark beside it. This means that everytime you start your computer, these items have to load and run.

Start with the first item listed under the startup item column and look at itand look at the command for it. Pay close attention to anything that will have something like the API.i that is showing up and if you find it remove the check mark next to the item on the left. This will stop it from running when you start your computer.

If you see something that does not have anything under the Command column, remove the check mark, it's a virus that's trying to hide.
If you see something that says something like: dumprep 0 -k in the startup itemcolumn remove the check mark from it. Reboot machine.

Don't worry if you take the check mark off something that you were unsure about. You can always go back in and put the check mark back on.

I Have A ASUS A7 Series A7V With No Sound

Check the physical speakers to make sure they are turned on and the volume is turned up. Also make sure the speaker line is connected to the light green port in the back of the computer.

Check the Audio Sound settings on the computer. Make sure the volume is turned up and not muted. Click Start/Control Panel and look for Audio or Sound. Check the audio properties to make sure everything is ok. You can also click on the megaphone at the bottom right near the time to get into your Audio or Sound properties.

Check the sound or audio properties in the Device Manager to make sure there are no problems. Click Start/Control Panel then click System or System and Performance and look for the Device Manager and open it to check the audio or sound drivers.

You can always download and reinstall your Audio drivers.

Try using VLC as your player. Go to andin the search box type "download vlc" (without the quotes). Look for the Video Lan download from site Downloadand install it. It downloads and installs in 3 minutes or so. It'sa very fast player, smooth and it can play just about any type of dvd formatsand media. It's totally FREE.

The audio on my computer is not working. I think

You can download the drivers from Dell WEB site, the support download page. Make sure you select your model laptop, better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on the bottom of the laptop. This will open the page where the specific drivers for your model laptop are located. Also make sure you select the Windows XP or Vista version of the drivers for your Windows operating system. We had to change the power box on our pc last one started to smoke due to fan dying, after getting everything back working we have no sound except the normal beep. the computer will not recognise a sound...

Speaker (right speaker) wire to GREEN socket. Open your device manager and see if any sound component is registering a splat...yellow ! Is the light on the speaker. Open sound and see that no X is in the mute box. Make sure the volume in turned up on the speaker and the computer. If all that is cool...reinstall the sound drivers for your computer. I don't mean to belittle you but its the little things that are missed can mess you up for hours-and man does it give one a red face. good luck , hope something here helps

I have a p4s800 asus motherboard in my computer and I would like to turn of the onboard sound as i am having a conflict with my audigy sound card, the computer re boots

You want to hit the delete button at start-up or what ever key-combo that you see at start-up to enter the bios setup..the bios will open after a sec.. just hold the key or keys to enter. Don't change anything you don't know about, just look for were it says integrated peripherals and turn off the audio.
You should see audio and video in there, don't turn off your video unless you have an external video card your installing to... Just look to find audio that says enabled and disable it if you can't find the integrated peripherals. That will turn off the audio on the motherboard so your sound card has no conflicts anymore and should work without a hitch...If after that you have problems you should reinstall the drivers for your sound card as WINDOWS probably messed up your drivers... :) :)

Please say if this helped your problem....

Click device and put your sound card as the default device..
