This means your HD has a boot virus. You can fix it by downloading or purchasing a anti-boot virus program, or you can simply bypass it by reinstalling Windows. This will get rid of the virus but the downside is you will lose anything you did not have saved. Put the anti-boot virus program onto a disk and insert it when you turn on the computer, the computer will prompt to start the CD and just follow the instructions. Hope this helps. Cheers.
