Call traulsen at 1-800-825-8220. Get tech support and give them the model and serial numbers. They will send you a diagram. Nothing on their web site.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You can go to this web site and call them or put your model in and it willl give you date of manufacture. It should be on the back of the unit on a plate that is rivitoed on or on the inside of the door pannel. heres the site.

Traulsen Commercial Freezer needs charging?

The refrigerant level is low. The only thing is that the unit may not have a low charge. There can be several things that cause the unit not to refrigerate properly. It could have weak valves in the compressor or even a bad TXV(thermostatic expansion valve). Have you had this box repaired yet.? I see that this is an old post.

I have worked in a lot of kitchens and don't really have a preferance. The top mounted compressor is better for you as it is easier to service and leaves more cabinet room. Dirt and dust also stay near the floor. YOu won't have to clean the filter as often up high The disadvantage to this in a kitchen is that kitchens are hot and up high is hotter still. Order a cheaper model. No glass doors, no stainless steel. You don't need these features.
