Dvdxcopy I have just installed dvdxcopy on my computer and when i click on the icon i get a error message. I have installed dvdxcopy standard edition that came with my computer when i buy it about 5 years ago. My son downloaded a virus and i had to formatt my hard drive, please help me out

Hello,

I brought dvd x copy about 4 years ago have a new computer now and when i try to put in my license id and password i keep getting a message that i can not connect to the servers iam doin it online also numbers do not work to get help can you please help me with this thank you.

Norton 360 running on Windows 7. Program no longer placing spam into anti-spam folder.


Please check if the spam folder by Norton is present on your Outlook

If that is not there, you will need to re-install the program

To reinstall, follow the simple steps:
>> download the latest version of Norton 360 from the link www.norton.com/n360s_5
>> save the file to your desktop
>> double click the downloaded icon
>> it will remove the existing version and also restart your computer
>> after the reboot, the installer will automatically pop up or you just double click on it again.
>> that will install the latest version onto your computer
>> recheck if the spam folder is there and and all the spam messages are being moved to it

**please note that there are two version of Norton 360, Standard edition and Premier edition.
I have given the link to download the standard edition. Just in case if your Norton 360 is a Premier one, you need to use the link www.norton.com/n360p_5. They have different product keys and you cannot activate a Standard edition with the product key of Premier one.

u have had for years is most likely the problem they have most likely changed servers where it goes to activate the software

I am trying to install my old software on my new computer. After hitting the "Install personal patterns for children - special edition" I get an error message stating: could not execute external program...


Open "My Computer".
Double-click the icon for the CD-drive.
Look for that 'ppchild' file.
Or, look for an 'setup' file or an 'install' file.
Double-click one of those files, to restart the installer.

If it still fails, then your new computer (running Windows 7) probably has recognized that the program is _NOT_ compatible with Windows 7. So, start the Windows "Program Compatibility Wizard", and tell it that you want to install a Windows XP program on your new computer.

This issue may occur if you deploy Outlook 2003 with the Microsoft Office 2003 Custom Installation Wizard and specify a personal folder (.pst) file in the Windows Installer transform (MST file) by using the Default location for PST files path option. The problem occurs because you specify a file name instead of a folder path.

To resolve this issue for future installations of Office, use the Custom Installation Wizard to edit the MST file. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. On the Change Office User Settings page (page 10 of 24), expand Microsoft Outlook 2003, expand Miscellaneous, and then click PST Settings.
  2. In the right pane, double-click Default location for PST files, and then type the path that you want in the Default location for PST files box. For example, type %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\.
  3. Click OK, and then follow the steps to complete the wizard. When you have corrected the MST file, deploy Office by using the correct MST file.
To resolve this issue for an existing installation of Outlook that is experiencing this problem, specify the .pst file by using the Mail icon in Control Panel.

Error 1935 occured during installion of microsoft office


This issue may occur if a Microsoft .NET Framework file is being used when you try to install Office 2003. For example, this issue may occur if the Mscoree.dll is being used when you try to install Office 2003.

To work around this issue, restart the computer. Alternatively stop Windows Installer.

If these actions do not resolve the problem, repair the existing installation of the .NET Framework. Alternatively troubleshoot .NET Framework installation issues.

When receiving the 2711 error during Logitech QuickCam/Image Studio software installation, please perform the following steps:
  1. Use Add/Remove programs in the Control Panel to uninstall any current installation of QuickCam/ImageStudio software. For Microsoft Windows 95, 98, ME or NT
    1. Click Start, Settings, then Control Panel.
    2. Double click the icon labeled Add/Remove Programs.
    3. Highlight the desired program in the list provided (QuickCam or ImageStudio).
    4. Click Add/Remove Programs located in the bottom right of the list provided.
    For Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP
    1. Click Start. followed by Control Panel.
    2. Double click the icon labeled Add/Remove Programs.
    3. Highlight the desired program in the list provided (QuickCam or ImageStudio).
    4. Click the button labeled Remove located in the bottom right of the program selected.
  2. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Logitech.
    1. Double click the icon on the desktop labeled My Computer.
    2. Double click the icon labeled C:\(computer name).
    3. Double click the yellow folder labeled Program Files.
    4. Double click the yellow folder labeled Logitech.
  3. Delete any folders for QuickCam/ImageStudio.

  5. Reinstall QuickCam/ImageStudio
    1. Remove and reinsert the QuickCam/ImageStudio CD and follow the prompts OR
    2. Double click on the downloaded ImagStudio file.
