Norton 360 running on Windows 7. Program no longer placing spam into anti-spam folder.

Please check if the spam folder by Norton is present on your Outlook

If that is not there, you will need to re-install the program

To reinstall, follow the simple steps:
>> download the latest version of Norton 360 from the link
>> save the file to your desktop
>> double click the downloaded icon
>> it will remove the existing version and also restart your computer
>> after the reboot, the installer will automatically pop up or you just double click on it again.
>> that will install the latest version onto your computer
>> recheck if the spam folder is there and and all the spam messages are being moved to it

**please note that there are two version of Norton 360, Standard edition and Premier edition.
I have given the link to download the standard edition. Just in case if your Norton 360 is a Premier one, you need to use the link They have different product keys and you cannot activate a Standard edition with the product key of Premier one.

I have a legal copy of 321 studios and need to install it on another computer. However the process requires, internet connection (to a defunct company), Phone call (to a defunct co.) or orginal computer...

If you have legal copy then you can find serial number for registered it.
You can get it from disk cover or disk surface.
Then you can enter that serial number when you install software it ask for serial key so it registered.
But if you are unable to get serial key then drop an email to this software manufacturer web sites supports or login with id and password on that web sites then you can get serial key for register it without internet.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Thanks for using FixYa.

Need a universal password for DvD Xcopy Xpress have my orignal license ID and password and can NOT get program to work

I suggest you contact the company here - they have a log in for genuine customers, they will be able to assist you.

A word of warning - are you sure you have a genuine copy? From their website...

Since DVD X Copy was banned for sale in 2003, consumers have looked for an alternative DVD copying program to backup their movies, and continues to rank and update new copying products and versions as they are released into the market. The latest rankings direct you to the best copying, burning and ripping software programs. has compiled a list from leading software review sites, software developers, blank disc, player and burner manufactures, and of course direct feedback from thousands of consumers.

DVD burning software titles vary greatly in terms of burning speed, features and ease-of-use.'s rankings include detailed product reviews on the industry's top rated disc burning technologies. The reviews also include assessments on each publisher's quality of customer & technical support, frequency and cost (of any) of software updates as well as each program's compatibility with the latest operating system technologies. has tested over 50 software titles with a minimum of 100 test backup sessions per title. The results of this rigorous testing and analysis are posted above and are updated frequently.

A word of CAUTION: As stated above, authentic DVDXCopy software products are no longer being sold anywhere.
Many websites are selling fake DVDXCopy Software and fake 321 Studios products for $29 and under together with license codes and a separate free "activation server update" file or similar "patch" file, CD or DVDXCopy crack. These are not genuine DVDXCopy products, but rather cracks that destabilize your computer system and will not function properly.

Authentic 321 Studios software should ONLY require a license ID and password to activate.

If you are experiencing operating system failure or other technical issues relating to an "activation server file", "patch" or "activation CD", contact the seller directly for an immediate refund as this indicates a cracked version of the product. Beware of any sites that continue to sell any version of DVD X Copy Platinum (including version or later) and that "guarantee" activation.

Software products purchased from such sites are not authentic, not eligible for support or updates and should be returned for a refund. Are you looking for an updated version of DVDXCopy Platinum? Click here: dvd copy software.

Volume icon in taskbar

You experience one of the following symptoms on a Windows XP-based computer:

* The Volume icon is not displayed in the notification area at the far right of the taskbar.
* When you try to add the volume control icon to the notification area, you receive the following error message: "Windows cannot display the volume control on the taskbar because the Volume Control program has not been installed. To install it use Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel. "

Therefore, you cannot start the Volume Control program and cannot adjust the volume and sound level settings of your computer.

There are two possible causes of this problem:

* The Volume icon has not been added to the notification area of your computer. (The Volume icon is not displayed automatically when you first install Windows XP.)
* The Sndvol32.exe file is damaged or missing.

Method 1: Add the Volume icon

To add the Volume icon to the notification area of your computer, follow these steps:

1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. Copy and paste or type the following command in the Open box, and then click OK:
3. Click to select the Place volume icon in the taskbar check box.
4. Click OK.

If the Volume icon is displayed in the notification area of your computer, you are finished. If you cannot add the Volume icon or if you receive an error message when you try to add it, the Sndvol32.exe file might be damaged or missing. Go to method 2.

Method 2: Save a new copy of the Sndvol32.exe file on your hard disk

If the Sndvol32.exe file is damaged or missing, you must extract a new copy of the Sndvol32.exe file from the Windows XP CD and save it on your computer's hard disk.

This method requires you to have your Windows XP installation CD.

To extract a copy of the Sndvol32.exe file from the Windows XP CD and save it on your computer’s hard disk, follow these steps:

1. Insert the Windows XP CD into your computer's CD drive or DVD drive. Press and hold the SHIFT key as you insert the CD to prevent it from starting automatically.
2. Click Start, and then click Run.
3. Copy and paste or type the following command in the Open box, and then click OK:
The command prompt opens.
4. Type the drive letter of the CD drive or DVD drive, type a colon, and then press ENTER. For example, if your computer’s CD drive is drive E, type the following, and then press ENTER:
5. Copy and paste or type the following, and then press ENTER:
cd i386
6. Copy and paste or type the following, and then press ENTER:
expand sndvol32.ex_ system_root\system32\sndvol32.exe

Note: system_root is the path and folder name where the Windows system files are located on your computer. This is usually C:\Windows. If the folder that contains the Windows system files on your computer is C:\Windows, type the following, and then press ENTER:
expand sndvol32.ex_ c:\windows\system32\sndvol32.exe
Note There is a space between "ex_" and "c:\windows" in this command.

7. Type exit to exit the command prompt, and then press ENTER.
8. Verify that you can start Volume Control and that the Volume icon is displayed in the notification area (if you selected this option in method 1).

Hopefully the Volume icon is now displayed in the notification area.

Dvd x copy 2002-2003 versio 3:2:1

Sounds like you may have been ripped off. The following paragraph may explain your dilemma:
"DVDXCopy was once the world's best selling copying software, but after being banned for sale in 2003, authentic versions of 321 Studios software are no longer available. Some websites are still selling selling fake "DVD X Copy" Software for $29 or less, but they are not genuine 321 Studios software products." -- SOURCE
