Question about Fantom Vacums Cyclone XT Upright Vacuum
To replace the belt, Remove the covers over the headlights and under the shiny foul. there are two screws. (In other words: Remove the lens covers, bulbs and the foil. under the foil are two screws.)
Then, there are two tabs that hold down the cover over the wheels, they just pop on/off with a click. Now the belt should be exposed and can be replaced.
You may also need to clean the rolling brush to avoid damages to the new band. To remove the rolling brush and clean out all the hair that was stuck in the bearings, just remove the screw holding down the motor and belt. pry out the roller brush to get to the bearings.
Hope it helps, good luck!
