If this is for a Craftsman you would have to go thru Sears and they would generally run around 140.00 What is wrong with your motor? Give me the exact model and brand and I will try and help you find one

I have a RM871 that I bought for my Craftsman Tablesaw. I installed it but because Sears builds some of their tablesaw housings out of plastic, it cracked beyond repair when it was used on a job. I trashed the tablesaw and kept the motor. It barely got used! Let me know if you are interested in buying it. Thanks. Doug

SOURCE: I have a Craftsman table saw with a burned out

SOUNDS LIKE THE PROBLEM I HAD, BUT WAS JUST A SEIZED-UP BEARING. I WENT TO LOCAL ELECTRIC MOTOR REPAIR ($15.74) PARTS AND LABOR, THEY REPLACED THE BEARING, THERE ARE 2 BEARINGS ON IT, COST IS THE SAME FOR EACH. THE BEARING IS PRESSED ON, SO REPLACEABLE. HOPE THIS HELPED

SOURCE: New or used motor for a Craftsman 10" table saw

Sears no longer sells repair parts for this motor, only the whole motor as a replacement part, and it is $140.00, but you can buy replacement bearings from drillspot.com the bearing needed is an Enduro 6200 zz c3

You can try Sears but they can be a bit pricey. I use to send out motors for a factory I worked in to a rebuilder who would even do new windings. Check in your area for a rebuilder, As for the replacement being a Sears unit they may have a similar motor in stock. Good luck.

I AM LOOKING FOR A MOTOR FOR A 10'' table saw modle#rm 871 1ph 120v amps13 rpm 5000 yr 1999/6

If you go to www.searspartsdirect.com and put in the model number of your saw you should be able to get one there. I don't believe that is the correct model number of your saw. Perhaps that was the model number of the motor. Does it look like this one?

Rear Bearing on RM871

The rear bearing is a 6200ZZ (sheilded); hope you didn't let it run too hot. I can't get this on off the shaft with heat and a bearing puller. Good luck!

I have a Craftsman table saw with a burned out motor. The motor model number is RM871. Where can I find one for less that the $130.00 that Sears wants for the motor. That's the price of the saw.
