Did you lay it down when you moved?, if so you may have oil in the lines . Did you bump any Freon lines and cause a leak?

17 cu fridgeidaire freezer wont freeze

More than likely the compressor is bad. A lot of times technicians will change the start device on the compressor and if it runs for a minute they are satisfied its fixed. The proper way would have been to monitor the amperage drawn by the compressor and then there would be no doubr if it was start device or compressor.

Carpingani 161 wont freeze --plenty of gas in machine

if there is gas in it. no frost buid up and the evap coil isnt crested all the way across. then you have a blocked filter. your gage will give an inconsistant reading when the filter is blocked. may read normal but other times will give a higher or lower reading. try changing the filter. the other thing i see is the compressor maybe too weak for the freezed. very common that the manufacture has put a small compressor that may only work adequetly for a few years.

My chest freezer does not freeze over 80% of the case.it only freezes a small seccion of the upper part of the case.

This one sounds just like a refrigeration problem.
If the freon leaked out then it will definitely do this...
I would recommend to get a new freezer here's why.
if you call someone to put the freon back in it will cost you anywhere from $80 to $150. it will freeze and work good but eventually it will go back to the same problem because the tech did not fix it only put it back in... its just a matter of time then you have the same problem... save your money and move it to a new one...

hope this was helpful

Bottom 2 shelves not freezing

if it does not freeze it is because the refrigeration system is low on freon. this will cause the bottom shelfs to not freeze...
you have to decide if it is worth putting the freon back in (they wont fix it because very hard to find)
so you could spend anywhere from $80 to $150 to get the freon back in... then after a while it will leaks out and you will have the same problem
why dont you instead move that money to a new freezer

hope this was helpful

COMPRESSOR WILL FREEZE A CYCLE OR 2 THEN STOP WORKING

a symptom of low refrigerrant is that the evaporator coil will develop a small very cold area but wont cool the entire surface .. that cold area can ice up and block air flow .. the result can be an overworked compressor with little or no cooling ... other things that can cause the same trouble
1. bad or blocked air flow on the external coils or condenser fan ..
2. a leak in the door seal will allow moisture that can cause icing

if there is icing then you can turn it off with the door open until the ice melts .. then start over ..
