Question about Ultra Max Gigaware Wireless Laser Mouse
My plug n play wireless mouse will not connect properly! It only lets me use the buttons and the scroll wheel but not the actual laser part of it! its on a laptop computer so i can plug it into the usb port and it connects but like not all the way or something! And I still can use my factory mouse!

I had the same problem, so I tried replacing the battery, and the problem persisted. Took the battery out again, put it back again, and repeated several times to no avail. Took the battery out again, rubbed the metal contacts in the battery compartment with my fingertip to remove any dirt, replaced the battery, and then the mouse started to work normally.
