Question about HP vs19 (Silver) 19" LCD Monitor
I've had my sony laptop for about over 2 years now and over the summer i've been experiencing issues with the screen with blurry colored lines. My screen moves really slow and begins to "jump" in a way. (kinda looks like a tv that has no channles playing on it and you see those colored lines all over the screen) Here is the youtube link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5gkiMmfLuI Please help thank you so much.
I've just had this issue with a laptop. Tried replacing the cable with no luck. The issue was in the board attached to the display itself. Had to replace the entire screen.

That is a faulty data cable from the system board to the back of the lcd screen. you can try reattaching the cable yourself, or replacing the cable with a new one. You can use an external monitor and it should be very clear. That means the issue is not the system itself, but rather, the cable that connects the screen to the board.
