There's support for the MP610 when you enter cobyusa.com in internet ecplorer.
Next enter MP610 in the upper page on the right, Product Search bar.
Now all support for this player shows up.
Use the firmware update to reinstall the player's functions.

ok you need to unplug the mp3 from usb port and then shutdown your computer properly then wen it is totally shut down turn it off at the wall and then back on the same thing happens with me you properbly just didnt shut your comp down properly last time you used it
hi, just want to ask if, before you've dowloaded song to your mp3 have you scan it for possible virus? it's adviceable to scan 1st all dowloaded song before transferring to mp3 player for some of it have imbeded malware and virus. most common virus is the brontok which will freeze your played files then shut it off.
try to download " ESET nod32" anti virus and scan your mp3 for possible virus infection. NOD32 have a free trial and can still work even if the trial period expired.
whoa...it means that ur pc is not protected it has virus maybe..when u insert the usb and download musics on it u just get it without ejecting it...and when u tried to open the pc shutdown..u better consult ur pc to a technician and about ur mp3 u need to upgrade it where u buy it if it has warranty...
I too, have a MP3 PLAYER that everytime i download some music everytime i do sometimes the music be on there and sometimes it doesn't and do i have to have a USB cord with out downloading
