Question about Nikon Super Coolscan 5000 ED Film Scanner
After the images has almost finished acquiring and close, it the program just hangs. I've tried to have the tech help, but all they have suggested is uninstall the software. Nikon scan was working for days and then this just started happening right when I was completing a customers request.
Uninstall Nikon Scan.
Remove the Nikon folder from all Users on the C:/Users or Root Drive!
Open Regedit. Save the Registry file first before making changes to your desktop.
Delete the Nikon folder under HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software
Reinstall Nikon Scan
