I have like the first katana cellphone and my phone just stopped working for no reason...first the screen went out now the phone just doesnt work at all...any ideas?

Take the battery out and plug the phone in, with no battery. Does it come on? If it does, it's a bad battery. If it doesn't, it's time for a new phone.

How do i access the battery on my 80s 1100 katana please?

Hi, the early 1100 suzukis have a removable rear half of the airbox, under the seat, you have to remove it to get to the battery underneath, hope this helps :)

My Katana went through the wash , how can i get it to work again?

Assuming the battery was in it when washed, the chances of repairing it for less than twice the cost of a replacement are virtually nill. Sorry. If there was a GSM chip in it, though, that might be salvageable. Just remove the chip and place it in a dry place for several days. Enclosing the chip in a jar with a packet of silica gel (like from a bottle of vitamins) is probably your best bet.

Sony Katana dropped, now it doesn't work

I'm sorry to tell you this but the phone is a goner.  You need to replace it.
Most phone companies have good deals and cheap phones.
When you receive advice from this website you have to understand that without the item in front of us, we are only able to provide "a best guess" as to what the problem might be based on you description of the defect.  If you haven't described a clear and precise description of the defect you decrease the chances of an accurate reply.  Thank you.

Katana wont turn on

Try taking out the batteryand putting back in after 1 min, if phone still does not turn on try a different charger if possible, and if that doesnt work it's probably the battery unless the phone has been introduced to any forms of liquid. You can get cheap chargers or batteries on ebay or I can get you one prettycheap as well. Let me know if you have any more questions.
