All prints come out with a green cast-

im guessing you may have downloaded the wrong driver. but this would mean the software cannot communicate properly with the printers controller board cause xp and vista have different chip set configurations. ;) im hopping that's all. but it can also mean that theirs a problem with the vram and it needs to be factory rest. try this.

Print Nozzle Check Pattern / Self Test from unit (iP4000)

1. Press and hold the <Resume/Cancel> button.
   
   
2. When the Power lamp blinks twice, release the button.
3. Examine the nozzle check pattern output

follow the steps and check the patterns, if all is OK then your done. else the site will give recommendations.

a green cast usually means the red color is failing to print. In that case replace the color cart or take that cart to be cleaned, refilled, and tested.
