Microsoft word.... no go

I can print from any pc on my network be it windows or linux. My windows boxes cannot print word documents though. They will just hang up and I have to force quit Word. One machine had Office xp on it and word did not work. I uninstalled it and installed Office 2003/ No difference. I can print from any other application but not Word..... HELP!

search your hard drive for nomal.dot and delete it
