Question about Dell Pocket DJ MP3 Player
First of all , i'm not computer savvy, AT ALL. i don't understand the lingo.
anyway, i've had my dell dj for about 2 1/2 years. i just tried to use it after not using it for about 1 1/2 years. my playlist is still on there but when i try to play a song, it says 'no license to play the track.' i use yahoo music. what do i need to do to be able to play my music again? thanks
That means you will have to sync your devicce in oder to play the songs on the device..what you will have to do is to transfer one new track that you download to your device...then once you finish transfer it the tracks, it should update every single tracks on the device...if that doesnt solve the problem you are having..what you will have to do is to format the player using windows media player then once you format it transfer the tracks over and the should be playing...
Hope that helps
