My present video card is an ATI X1950 Pro with 256 MB RAM. Can this motherboard be upgraded to handle a video card that will work with Windows Vista and/or Windows 7?

Good Day Sir, your motherboard is capable to handle windows vista and 7, upgrade it to 4gbyte ram and any high end graphics card with PCIe 16x. good luck. check out this website:
