sanyo xacti won't turn on. started just happening sometimes now it won't turn on at all.

HD 1000 Battery empty after 02 minutes of use

I have 2 spare batteries
with my sanyo hd1000. Now they are all empty whithin a very very short
period (like 2 minutes) while I could shoot more than one hour with
each battery last month. When I check the current it's defenetly full
with sufficient power but the camera
detects it as an empty battery. I assume it has something to do with an
external charger I have bought and used recently. Is it possible to
"reset" the camera or "reset" the batteries in some way or another like
draining all power before charging with camera again???
Help needed please!!!! I am from Brazil and nobody here can fix it and help me
