Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Can't seem to zoom back to normal on webpage

Hello Smithette8!
The solution depends on your browser...

Using Firefox:
Click 'View', Click Zoom in or Zoom out or Zoom Reset
Alternatively: Right Click on Menu Bar, Click Customize, Drag icon with Minus Plus symbol to the tool bar, return to the bottom right of the open window, click 'Done'

Chrome allows zoom by percentages, back to 100 is normal. The menu is near the top right hand corner and displays on click.

With the above, should you be using I.E., a little click and view should provide you with the items. If not please let me know and I'll load I.E. and let you know what I find!

Thanks!

Jimm

It is smaller than the past.

Welcome to FixYa!

If you are using Mozilla Firefox, go to View, Zoom, Zoom In.

If you are using Internet Explorer, on the lower right corner of the browser you will see a magnifying lens icon. You can click it to adjust the view size.

Thanks for using FixYa.

KOB810DSMT- MOTHER BOARD SOFTWARE

We cannot just mail it to you. Unfortunately we need to give the MB manufacturer certain information before they will allow us to send it to you. The info.is: Computer name, Model number, Mother Board ID and your story of what exactly happened with all details. You can get everything except the MB ID, which is hidden within itself. You will find it in between the white PCI sockets; sometimes there three, other times four sockets. The Lettering is so profound you cannot miss it. If they changed place then look at the upper right hand corner of the RAM memory sockets. Thank you for your consideration of our service...

Press the Zoom button and a zoom indicator will be displayed in the upper right corner of the LCD – the area in white represents the Optical Zoom range and the red area represents the range of the Digital Zoom. The W represents a wider area of view as you zoom out, and the T represents Telephoto as you are zooming in closer to the subject.
