TV keeps making a clicking sound and will not turn on. continues to click and the red light flashes on and off.Doesn't stop until power code is unplugger.

This is the capicator $1.50. You have to take off the back, sauter off the capicator (you'll see it because it is poking out) and sauter on the new one. I found the fix on this web-site.
