Question about NorStar T7208 Corded Phone
What has probably happened is you have conferenced the two lines together on a phone and they can't release by themselves.
The easiest and quickest way to fix it is to unplug the power to the phone system cabinet. It saves you from unplugging the lines as they appear on the phone system.
