You can diagnose most problems by checking the control panel LED's for ink out, paper-out or copier problem. If a problem occurs while you're printing, you'll see an error message in the progress window on your computer. It may also be helpful to try running a printer nozzle check.

it may be that a paper sensor is picking up a small piece of paper in the printer. Has any paper ever torn in the printer? if so there may be some left behind. Carefully inspect the printer to see if there is any small pieces of paper in the printer. You could also try unplugging all cables and taking the outer cover off to inspect closer.
Re the ink cartridges, inkjet printers are notorious for ink drying out in the cartridges and the nozzles blocking with old ink, if the printer is not used at least once a week. It happened to me, i had to get a new printer.
Some times you need to find the epson tools that comes on the CD to reset the printer. If you have upgraded the computer you may need to update your drivers at the epson sight. Once you have opened the epson tools try cleaning the print heads. then it should reset the inking system to default and read the new cartridges. If this doesn't work try shutting down the printer and removing the ink cartridges, restart the printer and allow it to find no cartridges the go through the process of reloading the ink cartridges again and cycle the printer.
If this doesn't work you may need to try and find a cleaning cartridge for the print heads. Since the printers always check to see if ink is getting to the print heads if there is no ink flow it will always come up like there are no ink cartridges installed.
Hope this helps
Make sure paper is in properly they can be very picky about that. Try turning it off wait three minutes and turn back on. Then Push Paper refill button Wait for cycle and see if paper light stays off if so... Push the ink button
take your ink cartridge out from your printer. you can see at the ink carriage there are little pipes where the ink usually flow from cartridge. If head cleaning and power cleaning does not work, then try to clean those pipes by using 96% alcohol fluids and **** the pipes using something.
I still don't know what is causing the ink cartridge to leak (I'm assuming that is what is happening) but after cleaning up the area around with lint free wipes and cotton buds (and rubber gloves!), the problem has gone away. I presume the mess had been affecting the sensors causing the false paper low condition.
To reset the 'MT CARTRIDGE FULL SOON' error. Enter Service mode Hold down the paper source and online button at the same
time, hit the power button once.Continue to hold down the paper and online buttons until you see the printer name "Canon W6200"
on the printers LCD display, then release the two buttons. The
printer will initialize & enter service mode. In service mode, scroll sideways until you see the 'Initialize' menu, scroll down to 'W-ink', and press enter. At this point I did something (scroll sideways and hit enter I think) and it came up with 'New W-ink Cart' Hit Enter to get '=New W-ink Cart' and Online to Accept. I powered down and back up, error all clear.
