My mom bought me my chocolate in the middle of october this year and i've had to problem with it till recently.
I'll have it in my pocket, or where ever i have left it and it'll randomly shut off.
I'll go to open it or press a side button and my phone will randomy be off And i have no idea why.

they will give you new one
I was told that it is the key locking feature that when the phone sits idle for a while it shuts off and goes into the key lock mode. Hit the end key on the side twice and it will stay unlocked as long as you use it, but once it sits for a while it will automatically shut off and lock
