I need a replacement Rival (by 3 users)

I need a replacement Rival crock pot lid for model 3150/1. Similar to another person's problem, I go to Marbeck.com and other sites to find out they only have a lid for the 3150 model 3.5 quart crock pot and state the this lid will not fit the 3150/1. What is the difference between 3150 and 3150/1? Understading it will not be perfect, will the 3150 lid fit good enough to use on the 3150/1?

I tried www.crockpot.com and called 800-323-9519. Lid for model 3150/1 is not available.

Rival does not carry replacement lids. I called 1-800-323-9519. This is Jarden's Store. They are out of the lids - have been out for months and do not know when they will have them. Thumbs down on Rival for not supporting thier products. I have three of their crock-pots - two lid handles have broken, and Rival apparently can't-won't supple the replacement parts, but they will be glad to sell you a new pot! Bully for them!

I'm looking for a replacement lid to a Model 3150/1 Rival Crockpot and am not having luck finding one.

correction: they only have a lid for the 3250 not the 3150. It's an 8.5 inch diameter lid. The 3150/1 requires a 7.5 inch diameter lid. Mine is chipped and I'm also looking for a replacement part.

Try calling this 800 #. 1-800-323-9519 for replacement parts or try www.crockpot.com which is the site for Rival replacement parts.
