Keeps pulsating when in standby mode. STill works, but lacking in pressure

When you mention the 110 pressure with no change are you saying that the pump is operating at the same level as before and the Kreepy was functional with this level of pressure before? If this is the case then your problem is with the Kreepy itself. This sounds like something is in the Kreepy Krawly line or the unit itself. Many things can become lodged in the unit like acorns, bottle caps, or simply there is a leak in the vacuum hose. I would investigate the unit for impeding debris.

replace C42. easy fix. ordered the new capacitor from amazon (100uf 35v)

If the pump is pulsating rapidly most likely valves are leaking or debris under valve keeping one or more from closing. If the pump pulsates slowly, comes up to pressure then low pressure then repeats, problem is pressure regulator /bypass. Or you could have a combination of both. Try lowering the pressure to lowest setting to see if slow pulsation stops. As parts age within pump and debris hinder operation you can no longer operate at full pressure. To make the pump last, use highest pressure as needed and everyday work using only 60 to 75 percent of capacity.

Check its mechanism for fault.

There is orobably a minor water leak on the output side of the pump. The pump is sensing a pressure drop due to the leak so it will run for short periods to maintain the pressure i the output line.

Now that is just weird. The green light indicated it's getting a signal while the orange (standby) light indicates lack of signal.
Try a second monitor so see if it is working. If it is, the first monitor is bad and must either be repaired or replaced.

it just the presure building back up ,it will last years doing this,i would not worrie as replacing the presure pump will only be a temp fix and it will do it again ,most washes do this after a year or lots of use.

There are several reasons for the pump to go into alarm mode: 1. Overheating 2. Lack of water 3. leak on the suction side causing cavitation 4. Bad circuit board
This pump will try to re-start for 24 hours and will go into Standby mode if there is no water.
