Question about Imperial ICVD-1-H Turbo-Flow Gas Single Oven
I have a stacked imperial commercial oven (new) that when in operation the two sets of ovens will shutdown. Let them cool and you can re-start without a problem. Nothing trips I would assume that a hi-temp limit is tripped and resets? There is plenty of ventilation and a exhaust hood. What do you think?
Wrench, clearly something is causing them to do what they do. Best I can give you are thinking points.
Does this happen every time?
Is there something else on the circuit that could cause undervoltage?
If the hi temp is tripping, why? Put a thermometer in the oven and see where it is.
Get the factory guy on the phone.
