Start at 0 counterclockwise pass the first number 3 times and stop on it the fourth. clockwise pass the next number 2 times and stop on the third, counterclockwise pass the final number once and then land on it. Finally turn the dial clockwise until the dial locks into place. In some sentry safes you do the same thing except you need to reverse the rotation.

New spark plugs new wires old distributor timing changed wen nee plugs were put on, clockwise or counterclockwise, don't know, besides the battery what firing order V8 305?

I don't know your year--make--model? You should be able to remove dist cap, crank the engine, watch which way the rotor turns, then you know the direction of rotation. Most chevy rwd v8, firing order, 18436572. The driver side bank is odd numbered, 1357.
The passenger side bank is even numbered, 2468 from front to back. Put your number one piston on tdc of compression stroke. Then whichever spark plug tower the rotor is leading into, should be number one, then you follow the firing order around the cap.

I need firing order for 1987 s10 blazer 2.8 2wd

If it's popping through the intake, you are dealing with a timing issue. I have been "twisting wrenches" for over 25 years and even though I don't know how I do it but once in a while I end up crossing spark plugs wires. Below is a picture of the correct firing order. If this is the same as you have done and since the vehicle is older it is possible that the distributer has been taken out in the past and it's possible that whoever did the work put the number 1 spot in a different position but I'm just kind of guessing.

How do i know were is number one in my dist no numbers?

You can remove the number one cylinder spark plug, put a socket and wrench on the crankshaft pulley bolt, and with your finger or thumb over the sparkplug hole, turn the crank around clockwise until you feel pressure build behind your thumb over the hole-it will be slight, but you can feel it. The number one piston is approaching its firing position- the power stroke (there's no pressure build-up on the exhaust stroke cause the exhaust valve is open). Now stick a long straw or pencil into the sparkplug hole (Don't drop it in there!) Just feel for the top of the piston as you slowly turn the crankshaft on around. When the piston is at the top of its stroke (top dead center of its power stroke), the rotor on the distributor will be pointing to the number one spark plug tower. Then follow the firing order as the rotor turns. Oh, and if the crank is too difficult to turn by hand, it helps to remove all the spark plugs. Just be sure which cylinder is number one on your engine.

I want to block one particular phone number from texting and calling me - how do I do this on the LG GW620

If you don't want to receive text or call from a particular person try this 1. ignore that person don't read his incoming message if only you can do that but make sure you memorize his number or assigned a code so that every time he text you already know who he is..2. If you don't wan to receive calls from that person if you that he is calling don't answer his calls or divert his calls to other number so every time he is calling his calls diverted to other number if you have a police number divert it there..and for the worst 3. Change your number and make sure he will never know again your new number so he won't be able to bother you again.. Hope it can help you..

I need to know the torques specs for the head bolts on a 1991 vw passat, can you help

I,m assuming that you have the head off for some reason. So before you put it back together you need to know a couple things. Make sure your crank is lined up with your timing mark for TDC BEFORE you put the head on the engine. Also the timing marks on the head have to be lined up BEFORE you put the head on. If they don't do this properly you will bend valves when you try to get it lined up.
The head bolts must be tightened in a specific order or the head will crack. They must also be removed in the reverse order. The five bolts on the exhaust side of the engine are numbered from the timing belt in this order: 10-4-2-6-8. The five bolts on the intake side are numbered from the timing belt in this order: 7-5-1-3-9. Sorry I can't send pics so maybe draw this out before you start, basically it a set of X's.
timing 10 4 2 6 8 distributor
belt 7 5 1 3 9

The torque is done in 3 stages. The first torque is 30 ft-lbs (40Nm). The second torque is 43 ft-lbs (60Nm). The third torque is 1/2 turn or 180 degrees. This final torque can be done as 2 1/4 turns or 90 degrees if you wish. Hope this helps.
