If sounds like a bad seal/gasket. Please call customer service with the model and date code. If your machine is 3 years old or less, it will be replaced at no cost. If it is over 3 years, depending on the date code, there is a seal kit available to repair the leak. Or we can replace it at a reduced price.

It's likely a rubber hose which has become loose where it fastens to a metal tube. Need to take the machine apart to investigate -- tube connection will need tightening. If you need more info, please let me know.--------- Charlie
