You could try and go into the Panasonic installer menu, But handle with care as I dont want you to brick your telly more then it is.

I do recall there being a factory reset option in there somewhere.

How to get into this menu.

Hold down the V/- button on the tv itself then press the AV button on the remote 3 times this should bring up the hidden menu on the screen if it is going to allow you to get in On
