Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
I have a Canon Pixma 780 printer. When I recently attempted to print a document, I received a ''Service Error 5200'' message. After my next attempt, the message was ''Error. Push 'ok' button on printer and try again.'' The message on the printer says ''wrong cartridge.'' I have ink in each ink cartridge. I load the paper into the cassette for the feeding source. The default setting is Paper Feed Switch, which has always worked. Please advise. Thank you.
It is most likely the print head itself or at worst the logic board. The error indicates the following :
Head overheating error. Replace head/logic board or print head is the only answer. unfortunately there is no workaround for this
