Question about NEC Electra Elite DTU 16D-2 Corded Phone
We have three phones in our offices, extensions are 100, 101 and 102. 100 can use intercom, 102 can use intercom but when I (101) press my intercom buttons, nothing happens....any ideas?
Yes, you just need to program those buttons on your phone. Press "feature" then "redial" then press the button you want to program, then press "1" then it's extension # (example: 1-0-0 to program the button for extension 100) then press "feature". After you've programmed those extensions, the intercom should work.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
