Question about Garden
I have a troy bilt riding lawn mower that is a couple of years old. Recently when I engaged the blades they would not turn. I cleaned a lot of debris from under the deck and then it would turn, but only at a high level (over 4) and the lower I went the slower the blades would go. I took off the deck and cleaned out more debris and greased the bearings. I put the deck back on today and now it will only turn at a high setting. All the belts are on properly. Any thoughts.
