Question about Westinghouse L2046NV Monitor
Thanks for using FixYa. If the capacitors look fine then check for the power out put from the power board to other boards and to the back light inverter. I'll also suggest you to check whether the top of the caps are bulged or not & the resistors connected with the caps are also fine. You'll need a multi meter to check all of these.
Make sure that the cooling fans inside the monitor are working. If there is not enough power output from the power supply board you'll need to replace it.

SMT (backside of PCB, 4A 1210 SMT Fuse):F200

3x Nichicon 220uF 35V Capacitors
2x Nichicon 1000uF 25V Capacitors
1x Bourns 4A 1210 SMT Fuse
