Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Why the word FACTORY displayed in panasonic tv

It means that the set have been entered to factory adjustment by any way. Improper pushes to remote controls at a definite time, will make it to factory set window. That is, now your set is in service mode option.
To make it out of service mode, and to display the normal user window, you have to exit this mode. Here you haven't provided the exact model number to your TV, otherwise, can provide a solutionl If you wish to get more details about how to enter and to exit service modes, http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ check this link, and pull up older posts there. Service modes to many brand TVs are given in detail. Here you only have to exit this mode. No need to enter it. It has already been done, and TV is in this mode now. Do not make any unnecessary adjustments to data values you see in these windows. It might make the set irresponsible to any commands, either by its front panel controls, or remote control. Check the site patiently. Find out the way to exit it. OK? If you wish to get more assistance, please come by comment by this answer window.
