Question about Whirlpool LSR7333 Top Load Washer
Washer will not drain and is full of water at this time. when dial is placed at spin i assume washer should recognise that water is in and start the drain cycle! instead it hums and then shuts off. after unplugging machine for several minutes it will continue with same results.
PLEASE help i am in desperate need on this problem fixed asap!
If you put it on wash - does it agitate?
If not - Most likely the coupling is failed.
Any way you look at it - you will need to empty as much water out as you can - because to replace the coupling - the pump must be disconnected.
CLICK HERE to see the coupling.
Another telltale sign of a failed coupling are black rubber bits, and plastic pieces under the washer when you tip it up.
