Question about Lexmark X4270 All-In-One InkJet Printer
When I copy or fax, there now is a line at least an inch wide across my page. It doesn't affect regular printing. There must be a scratch on the camera wherever that is.
There could be something on the scan glass. You have to open the cover on the scanner and look across the scanner glass. It is only about a half to an inch wide strip that the original passes over.
If there is nothing on that glass then some of the segments in that array have gone bad and it would need to be replaced.
