SOURCE: incoming call
During a call press the volume buttons on the left side of the screen. The volume buttons are those that seem like a large button but actually these are 2 depending on what side you press.

DONT DO THE RESTART/ERASE CODE!!!!!!!!!!! its a hardware problem, not software or virus. your phone is probabluy stuck in headset mode, where you can hear the ringtone for incoming calls and alarms but not calls (without headphones). you three real options are to (1) stick a boby pin or stylus into the jack until it leaves headset mode (2) more invasively, find a really small screw driver and open the phone(screws are under the battery cover, in the corners) and poke in the earphone jack or (3) get a new phone. thats all i can tell you.

The problem with your phone is that the mouth piece on your phone is bad that is why people you call or people that calls you cannot hear you.
All you need to do is to replace the mouthpiece on your phone, after you have change the mouthpiece, you will see that people you call or that calls you can hear you while talking.
All you need do is just to replace the mouth piece of your phone and you see that people will start hearing you when you talk on the phone.
