Either buy a monitor cleaning cloth, or use a soft cloth with a little bit of lighter fluid. The lighter fluid will evaporate, so don't worry about getting it off after you're done.

Black spots at the back page

Hi George,
Sounds like you are on the right track.
The spots on the paper you describe on the back of the paper appear to be toner, and because they are on the back of the paper and you can rub them off, appears to be after the fuser.
To clean the printer, a vacuum cleaner will do a partial clean. You need to clean all the paper feed rollers.
Start by wiping the inside of the printer area with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove any dust, paper particles or spilled toner.
Then use a damp soft, lint-free cloth with clean water. Hold the cloth against each roller while rotating the roller. Keep cleaning the cloth. Do this for each roller inside the printer.

Computer monitor needs cleaning

Use window cleaner, like Windex. Spray it on a towel, preferably a soft cloth one, and wipe the screen down when it's off. Try not to press too hard in any one spot, either :).

Clean out the toner spillage as best as you can. Your not supposed to use one, but a vacuum is the best method to suck it up. Once clean, replace the image drum (photoconductor unit). Also make sure the laser lens glass panel is clean - wipe it with a soft cloth or tissue.
