Question about Philips VOIP8411B/37 IP Phone
"system starting Up" FOREVER and non of the turning off, un-plugging, re-plugging, de/re-registering, re-setting buttons work.
I'd love ONE solid answer to this problem thousands seem to be having.
I often have the same problem and haven't found the solid solution for it yet. But, for me usually helps doing this in following order:
1. restarting my router
2. unplugging the base for about 10 minutes
3. taking the batteries out for about 10 minutes
Hope it will work for you too.

Tips for a great answer:
Performing a factory reset using phone buttons
If you cannot turn on your phone or access the phone settings, you can still perform a factory reset by using buttons on the phone.
