You can download the motherboard drivers from this WEB site.
http://www.biostar-usa.com/mbdownloads.asp?model=M7VIW%20D

BUT
This motherboard does not have an on-board video card.
You must have a video card installed on the AGP or PCI expansion slot.
You can download the video driver from the graphics card manufacturer's WEB site.
I cannot give you this link because you did not provide the make and model of your graphics card.

You need to download the video driver from the video card

It is possible that you do not have the correct drivers installed/available for the graphics card, try using the drivers i have found on the intel website, the link below

I replaced a motherboard in a toshiba satellite p105. how do i get video and sound?

Hello,
to get video and sound, you need to fix (install) the sound card and the video cards.
If your old motherboard had a sound and video card, you can use them on your new motherboard.
After you finish installing these cards, install their drivers, to make them work.

Thank you for using Fixya,
Kenneth.

I cannot reinstall my sound and video card

Your problem is that you could not install the sound and video card drivers. If you have the motherboard CD, you can install the drivers from it. It also depends on the Operating System you use. If you use Windows XP then you can directly install the sound and video card drivers from the motherboard itself. If you are using Windows 7 or Vista, go to your motherboard manufacturer website and then type the model number of your motherboard. They will provide the drivers for these Operating Systems - Windows Vista and Windows 7.

Your Epox motherboard does not have integrated video, so you must have a video card installed. Tell me what kind of video card it is, and I'll point you to the appropriate Win 2K drivers.
