is displayed temp less than 2 degrees than setpoint temperature ? its possible this situation will disallow the pump to go to high speed and the air infusers to work till spa heats back up , or can be a heater fault as well

try going to settings > general > reset > reset all settings

You have to reset your video settings turn off your ps3 and hold the power button until it beeps twice.

That will reset your settings and it should work fine.

plug it to your computer, load up itunes, if your ipod owners link comes up, find your factory reset button, you won't lose any music or info, it will just reset itself to the settings when you first bought, i had the same problem.

i had the same problem about a week ago delete all of your connections and reset default settings.

try resetting the settings back to it's default or check your mms settings

This is a somewhat rare problem with this phone and I don't believe you are going to get it fixed at a decent cost. I have seen it before.
