This problem should be removed because:
Problem with Verizon Communications Ethernet/Wireless-G Gateway DSL Starter Kit for
experiencing network connection problems with verizon dsl. going through a verizon dsl modem to a netgear router then going wireless to computers. i may connect but then drop out or vice versa.
not sure what the problem is.

my customer was running back to back routers. i think they were conflicting with each other because the lady is connected wirelessly. i just took the netgear out of the circuit completely. it seems to be running much smoother.
