1 Answer

Get an error message that says "Cartridge Error."

It could be an indication that it's reading the cartridge incorrectly or the cartridge isn't properly seated. Try re-inserting the old cartridge or a new one to correct your problem.

Try this Issue When trying to copy, print, or receive a fax, the following error message appears on the product control panel display. Ink System Failure. Ink system has failed. Unable to copy, receive faxes, or print. Refer to printer documentation. Error: 0xc19aYYYY NOTE: The Y in the error message represents any digit, 0 - 9, or any character, A - F. Open the product cover and remove the cartridges. Close the cover and wait for a message to insert the cartridges to appear on the control panel display.
