Refrigerator w/bottom freezer

All of the lights on the front panel are bilnking and the flapper for the ice dispersement continually flaos open and closed. No water or uice supply.
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

Lights blink on the control and the flapper opens and closes. No water or ice. tried unplugging and it did not work

Al, unplug the unit. Wait a few minutes and restart. It may reset everything.
